What's the return/exchange policy?
For a full refund or an oil exchange the order must been returned within 30 days. Seller does not offer a return label for customer to return order. Customer will have to pay for postage to send the products back. Once, seller receives the package back and oils are still full and unused customer will receive a full refund or exchange and original shipping costs will be refunded.

When will my order be shipped?
All weekday orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed.
EX: Orders placed Monday by 11:59PM will be shipped Tuesday
All orders placed on the weekend are shipped next available business days.
Friday/Saturday orders are shipped Monday.
Sunday orders are shipped Tuesday.
What is the difference between Eternal Essence Fragrance Oils and Eternal Essence Natural Oils?
Fragrance oils are made with synthetic ingredients to mimic a certain smell.
All Natural Fragrance oils are made up of only all natural ingredients to create a smell.
Can fragrance oils be ingested?
Fragrance oils are made up with synthetic ingredients that cannot be ingested. Please check our All Natural Flavoring line that can be used with adding flavors to your products.
What are the ingredients?
We do not give out our whole ingredients list due to it being a proprietary trade secret like a perfume. However, if you are concerned about certain ingredients we are more than happy to let you know if it is in an oil you have purchased or interested in.
What is a fragrance oil?
A fragrance oil is a manufactured product designed to mimic the aromatic properties of the item it is named for. Eternal Essence Oils are up to IRFA standards and IRFA certified to ensure you have the best quality fragrance oil. Fragrance oils are made of synthetic ingredients. Fragrance oils are used to enhance the smell to handmade products or already made products.
EX: Perfumes, lotions, candles and etc.
Are fragrance oils skin safe?
Fragrance oils are skin safe! Our fragrance oils are very highly concentrated and we recommend using them diluted. We recommend using 3-5% to dilution.
How long is the shelf life?
One year.
Are your oils vegan and animal cruelty free?
Yes, they are animal cruelty free and vegan certified!
Where do you ship?
As of right now we only ship within the US (free shipping on domestic orders) and to Canada.
